We had a great visit to southern Malawi in January.  We hiked (in the rain) up Mount Mulanje.  We were able to swim in mountain streams and walk through some beautiful African villages.  We had a stream of children following us for much of our hike.

We were blessed to spend Christmas in America with Mark's family.  A generous and anonymous donor provided $10,000 for airfare to allow us to be with our families during the holiday!  Praise the Lord!

The past few months have been difficult one's for our family as we live on another continent than our family, friends, and home church.  Mark's father has been very ill with Lou Gehrig's disease, Britt's father was hospitalized with chest pain.  Being far from families during these life altering events has made us depend more and more on the Lord for our support and strength.  The faithful prayers of supporters have surely sustained us.  Thank you for remembering us as you go before the mercy seat of our Lord!
